Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are normally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability. Remote locations may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Promotional or free-shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided at checkout.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number and PIN code. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is required. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Undelivered / Returned Shipments

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges if re-dispatch is requested.

International Shipping

International shipping, when available, will be shown at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically stated otherwise.
